My passion is to shepherd local churches through crisis and leadership transition, so they would experience a growing, honest relationship with Christ no matter what the season. I do this through my core strengths in worship leadership, analytical solutions, and strategic execution.

My name is Jason Shafer and I live in Southern California. I married my college sweetheart, Elizabeth, in 2006. We’re a foster/adopt family and have three kids, Weiland, Marty, and A’raya. Our hearts are missional and our home is open when it comes to young folks in need of a family, which means we have a very large, nontraditional extended family! I love outdoor adventure, and have completed an Ironman, multiple marathons, and ultra-cyclist bikepacking races.
