With nearly two decades of experience as a worship/experience pastor in large, influential, intergenerational, multi-ethnic, and multi-site churches, I can encourage, coach, and lead teams and congregations to be healthier, more energized, and ready for what’s next!

FELLOWSHIP church; MONROVIA, CA

Lead Experience Pastor; Outreach & Operations (February 2019 - January 2022)

Oversaw the Experience Team, which included worship, production, and guest relations for this multi-ethnic, intergenerational, mobile, multisite church. Learned and led inside of crisis, transition, and opportunity as the organization planted campuses, birthed an online experience, and led the conversation on Gospel centered anti-racism, and reconciliation.

southwest church; indian wells, CA

Campus Experience Pastor/Team Leader; Worship Pastor (August 2009 - December 2018)

Oversaw the Experience Team. This team served the music, video, sound, lighting, and guest service needs for this multilingual, intergenerational, legacy church. Helped to re-imagine and implement a worship culture that has unified and preserved Southwest as the bride of Christ through several major leadership changes. Served what has become one of the 100 fastest growing churches in America.

Central christian church; mesa, AZ

Worship Leader Resident
(July 2007 - September 2008)

Planned and led church services and volunteer teams for Third Format, an overdrive, concert-style worship service. Developed time management, teamwork, problem solving, production, positive confrontation, and spiritual growth at this multi-campus, multi-venue, 8,000+ person church.
